How does this work?

It is highly recommended to hire one bartender for every 75 guests you have if you’re doing beer and wine only, or one bartender for every 50 guests if you’re doing cocktails as well.

We will always require a minimum of one and a half hours prior to the bar opening to set up your bar properly and to ensure that everything is chilled to the ideal temperature, as well as thirty minutes after the bar closes to clean up, so be sure to factor that into your budget please!

Make It A Double Montana supplies the following items included in the price: a bar table with tablecloth, ice buckets, scoops, pour spouts, wine keys, bottle openers, mats, towels, fruit tray, shakers, and a cooler. We have two options of services: service based only or full-service bar.

Service only means you would purchase the alcohol and our certified bartenders will set up and serve for you. We can help you come up with a shopping list, so you know how much of what to get for the guest count! We are happy to assist with picking up non-alcoholic things such as mixers, cups, garnishes, ice, etc. with reimbursement.

Full-service means we are going to bring it all! We have access to a liquor license and can bring everything from the alcohol to cocktail napkins and everything in between. We have a few bar options to choose from with this, designed to please a variety of drinkers.

Shopping fee and travel-fee for venues further than an hour-ish from Bozeman may apply, but that will always be discussed with you prior to agreeing on the invoice.
